About Our Program

The Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program is a grant funded by the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We provide FREE Pap tests, breast exams and mammograms to women who qualify for this program.

Additional Information

Income Requirements:
1 person in household requires a yearly income of $15,780 or less
2 people in household requires a yearly income of $21,220 or less
3 people in household requires a yearly income of $26,660 or less
4 people in household requires a yearly income of $32,100 or less

Households with 5 or more persons, call for the income requirements.
Age requirements:
40 years old or older for the FREE Pap tests and
breast exams. 50 years old or older for the FREE mammograms.
Other eligibility requirements:
Women need to have no medical insurance or need to be under-insured (have a high deductible or insurance that doesn't cover these tests).
Fees:
If a woman qualifies for this program there is NO FEE for these services.

Women must live in Mason, Logan, DeWitt, Piatt,
Menard and surrounding counties.
