DESCRIPTION:LEGAL NOTICE\nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\nAnnual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance # 22-03\nHavana Public Library District \nNotice is hereby given to the Public that on September 15th\, 2022\, at the hour of 4:00 P.M. at the Havana\nPublic Library Annex\, 118 South Plum Street\, Havana\, Illinois\, a thirty minute public hearing will be held\non the annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for the Havana Public Library District for the fiscal year\nbeginning July 1\, 2022 and ending June 30\, 2023. Any person interested in said Budget and Appropriation\nOrdinance may be present at said time and place and may be heard in regard to the Budget and\nAppropriation Ordinance in accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order.
