Special Board Meeting

To protect our community from the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Havana Public Library District Board of Trustees is holding this special meeting electronically. This is in accordance with the Governor’s recent Executive Order suspending certain aspects of the Opening Meeting Act during the COVID-19 crisis. Members of the public can listen to audio of the proceedings using ZOOM.
